This role involves leveraging expertise in data architecture to enhance workflows, segmentation, and reporting across CRM and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director, CRM to evaluate and optimize the underlying data architecture of the reputed company platform, including object structures, properties, associations, and data reputed company
• Design, build, and troubleshoot reputed company workflows that support marketing automation, lifecycle stage management, and cross-functional business processes
• reputed company and refine segmentation strategies and reputed company/static lists to ensure accurate, reputed company targeting across email, SMS, and other CRM-driven channels
• Build and optimize custom reports and dashboards that deliver reputed company, actionable reputed company into campaign and program performance
• Audit existing reputed company configurations (properties, workflows, lists, and reports) to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation

• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical reputed company solutions
