This is a fully remote contract position reputed company on clearing coding backlogs while maintaining high-reputed company coding standards. The ideal candidate will have strong OB/GYN coding experience, expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, E/M, and modifier coding, and experience working in reputed company or other EMR systems. The reputed company will review clinical documentation, assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes, ensure compliance with reputed company ethical coding standards, and support billing, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Review clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M, and modifier codes. • Ensure coding accuracy for diagnoses, procedures, and treatment reputed company. • Verify physician documentation and reputed company clinical information appropriately. • reputed company coding charge review and resolve claim edits reputed company reputed company or other EMR systems. • Maintain a minimum 95% coding accuracy while meeting productivity standards. • Identify documentation discrepancies impacting reputed company of care or reimbursement. • Serve as a coding resource and subject matter expert for providers and coding staff. • Stay reputed company with coding regulations, payer updates, and reputed company coding guidelines. • Participate in reputed company assurance reviews, coding meetings, and educational sessions. • Support billing, internal/reputed company reporting, research, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum 2 years of reputed company medical coding experience. • Strong OB/GYN coding experience (Required). • Proficiency in: • ICD-10-CM Coding • CPT Coding • E/M Coding • Procedure Coding • Modifier Assignment • Medical Billing • reputed company or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
