[Remote] Implementation Consultant (remote) full-time, benefits, 401K, excellent compensation

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an Office 365 App development company that creates software applications to enhance CRM and ERP implementations. They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to work directly with clients, managing the implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and support.

Responsibilities

• Translate reputed company business needs into reputed company product, and supporting Office 365 technologies, configuration. Implement this configuration into the customer’s environment
• Mange the implementation project to meet customer’s deadlines while providing status updates
• Create assigned deliverables (design documentation, course materials, presentations, or others) that are on time, reputed company scope and of the highest reputed company
• reputed company both formal training and ongoing user support
• Identify and assist in closing opportunities for additional services that solve reputed company challenges
• Document requirements, scope work, and create accurate estimates for prospective reputed company engagements

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years' experience in a business consulting environment (preferable large firm) with specific reputed company in software implementation, processes and/or project based experience
• Demonstrable competency in using reputed company desktop applications for word processing, spreadsheets and project management
• Demonstrable competency developing reputed company requirement documentation, implementing software, performing customer support sessions and conducting training
• reputed company Experience with ***reputed company*** of the following technologies: reputed company Office 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, PowerApps, etc.)
• General knowledge of industry leading ERP applications and integration objects
• SQL Server

• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
• Good oral, written and presentation skills
• Experience in implementing Dynamics GP, NAV, 365, reputed company, reputed company or similar reputed company Resource Planning Solution
• Working knowledge of Power BI reporting
• Understanding of reputed company Directory and reputed company Exchange architecture
• SharePoint functional administration, execution of PowerShell scripts, technical support and debugging skills
