[Remote] Regional Operations Supervisor (Nevada - Las Vegas area)

The Regional Operations Supervisor will manage a contractor network to reputed company superior customer service for residential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, ensuring contractor performance and reputed company inspections across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing contractor network to ensure superior reputed company, customer service and cost standards
• Analyze job repair cost data and implement cost reduction strategies
• reputed company and encourage contractors to adopt state-of-the art advancements and techniques to enhance productivity and the customer experience
• Work with the contractor recruitment and reputed company team to identify, qualify and train new contractors
• Negotiate and establish competitive repair rates to meet or reputed company financial KPI’s

• Establish a rapport with key contractor personnel at operations and management reputed company
• reputed company and reputed company reputed company inspections to ensure contractors are performing work to industry standards and reputed company jurisdictional codes
• Conduct regular contractor performance reviews

Skills

• 5+ of proven service and/or repair management experience in plumbing / heating / electrical or residential construction reputed company
• Independent self-starter capable of working collaboratively with multiple cross functional organizations
• Strong ability to analyze data and reputed company a strategic plan to improve customer satisfaction and control repair costs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at reputed company reputed company of the organization including the partner level

• BS/BA degree preferred in engineering, construction management or have at least 5 years practical experience
