• Background in software engineering
• Experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring software developers towards delivering reputed company, high reputed company software
• Solid experience working in an agile development environment
• Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
• Ability to build and manage a globally distributed team of engineers
