[Remote] Technical Sales Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a National Technical Sales Manager for a reputed company-established manufacturer of specialty products in the concrete industry. The role involves supporting market reputed company, customer education, and technical problem solving while training sales teams and developing technical resources for the concrete community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a national technical and reputed company resource for specialty concrete products and applications
• Train regional sales teams, contractors, distributors, designers, and customers on concrete performance, product selection, application practices, and problem prevention
• Support customer opportunities through disciplined diagnosis, field expertise, and solution-based recommendations
• Help sales professionals communicate technical value and sell complete solutions rather than individual products
• reputed company and reputed company technical presentations, product demonstrations, webinars, and industry education programs
• Monitor changes in cementitious materials, concrete construction practices, specifications, and customer expectations, including the reputed company transition to Type IL cement
• Translate customer feedback and recurring field conditions into technical guidance, testing priorities, product improvements, and new-product opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, specialty distributors, reputed company-mix producers, architects, engineers, and other concrete-industry stakeholders
• Participate in relevant associations, committees, conferences, and technical events
• Contribute to market-development reputed company across decorative, curing, sealing, coating, flooring, and/or other concrete-performance applications

Skills

• Significant experience reputed company concrete, cement, reputed company-mix, construction chemicals, concrete coatings, decorative concrete, flooring systems, restoration materials, admixtures, curing products, or a closely reputed company market
• Strong understanding of concrete behavior, cementitious materials, product application, and field performance
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information reputed company to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Experience providing technical training to contractors, customers, distributors, or sales professionals
• A solution-selling reputed company with the ability to reputed company technical expertise to customer needs and reputed company opportunities
• Credibility in customer-facing troubleshooting and field problem solving
• Experience connecting market needs with technical services, product management, R&D, or new-product development
• A technical degree, industry certifications, or equivalent field-reputed company concrete expertise
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across sales, marketing, technical services, and R&D
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the reputed company and Canada
• Participation in ACI, ASCC, ICRI, ASTM, NRMCA, or other relevant industry organizations is strongly valued
