[Remote] Senior Travel Consultant

The role involves handling incoming requests, providing travel consultation, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer (being Consultative in offer reputed company routings, fares, round the world fares, alternative hotel reputed company)
• Have a strong understanding of a reputed company travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently reputed company consultation to the customer
• Fulfill reputed company requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
• Maintain, actively communicate, and reputed company expansion of reputed company knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
• Expertly use the appropriate the reputed company tools and systems to complete requests

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French if possible
