[Remote] Vice President of Key Account Acquisitions

They are seeking a Vice President of Key Account Acquisitions to manage origination pipelines, build relationships with clients, and contribute to strategic initiatives in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing
• Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process
• Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management to reputed company defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
• Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company estate closing processes
• Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
• Experience originating or developing reputed company renewable energy, reputed company reputed company estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition
