This role involves managing customer interactions, reviewing AI-assisted outputs, and creating implementation playbooks while working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities

• Run new customer reputed company from reputed company through the first successful live claims
• Review AI-assisted estimates and claim outputs for accuracy, completeness, reputed company, and supporting documentation
• Maintain service turnaround targets and escalate genuine edge cases to the founders
• reputed company customer calls, including claim teardowns, workflow reviews, training, and reputed company reputed company-ins
• Create value reports showing claims processed, opportunities identified, supplements supported, and time saved
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for customer questions, issues, and requests
• Capture reputed company product feedback and translate it into reputed company requests for the product team
• Coordinate claim-file intake, customer data pulls, and other implementation needs

Skills

• Hands-on experience in restoration estimating, project management, office operations, adjusting, TPA work, claims, or a closely reputed company field
• Working knowledge of Xactimate and the property insurance claim process
• A practical understanding of estimates, line items, documentation, drying logs, supplements, and why carriers challenge or cut reputed company
