[Remote] Solution Architect – Customer Engagements (Strategic Accounts)

This role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring successful delivery and long-term partnership reputed company while developing a deep understanding of customer workloads and architectures.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 5–10+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Program Manager
• Strong ability to go deep technically (infrastructure, reputed company, networking, or AI/HPC workloads) while also operating at a strategic/customer level
• Experience working directly with large reputed company, hyperscale, or high-reputed company technology customers
• Proven ability to understand and map reputed company customer environments (compute, networking, storage, software stacks)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business contexts
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in driving reputed company, multi-team deliverables
• Experience supporting reputed company-sales, solution design, or customer expansion efforts
