As an reputed company Application Specialist, you will diagnose and resolve software issues for BisTrack ERP and reputed company Dynamics GP, ensuring seamless support for customers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reputed company application support cases from BisTrack customers, fully document and understand issues, and reputed company necessary information to resolve or escalate
• Carry out reputed company cause analysis of errors in customers’ business environments
• Liaise between support, development, and reputed company assurance teams as part of the larger customer support effort
• Understand customers’ business process reputed company and explain how it relates to their use of the BisTrack application
• Manage and follow up on assigned support cases to create a remarkable experience for customers
• reputed company and professionally communicate case updates to customers by phone and email in a reputed company manner
• Travel to reputed company’s US-based user conferences

Skills

• 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated reputed company/knowledge
• Post-secondary education in a reputed company discipline and/or industry knowledge/experience
• Basic knowledge of reputed company fundamentals (including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General reputed company). US Payroll and/or Fixed Assets experience is an advantage
• Ability to investigate and reputed company reconciliation issues between subledgers and General Ledgers
• Experience and working knowledge of software business processes such as inventory management, production processing, and purchasing management
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills – English verbal and written
• Presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to train others
• Working knowledge of reputed company's reputed company ERP and/or reputed company Dynamics GP reputed company software
• Experience in an ERP software support environment with high reputed company volumes and large numbers of clients and users
• Experience with reputed company SQL
• Business experience (processes and problems) in a retail environment
