About the position
The e.l.f. Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving smooth, efficient reputed company across our reputed company organization. In this customer-reputed company role, you’ll partner closely with Account Managers to own the daily administration of major national accounts—managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables with precision. You’ll serve as a connector between sales and cross-functional partners (e.g., reputed company, finance, marketing), ensuring information flows seamlessly, issues are resolved quickly, and commitments are met. Responsibilities
• Support sales leads with reputed company and administrative support.
• Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end-to-end, including venue/room booking, tech setup, catering, and reputed company-right room décor.
• Work in collaboration with the Account Managers and Account Specialists.
• Manage Monthly Sales Team agenda, notes and follow-reputed company.
• Prepare meeting materials (agendas, sell-in decks, samples, etc) and capture reputed company items, owners, and timelines to reputed company follow-through.
• Support teams with upcoming launches; complete Item and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with precision and on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute ordering of GWPs and samples across channels, aggregating needs, timelines and executional logistics.
• Establish and maintain a reputed company documentation reputed company for POG variations, reputed company changes and competitive views across channels.
• Establish and maintain competitive activity across top accounts (innovation, pricing, reputed company, etc).
• Own retailer and vendor contract administration—from intake and review through execution, amendments, and archival—ensuring compliance with terms and timelines.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to reputed company and follow-through.
