The role is primarily a full-stack developer position that involves deploying and integrating the AI Platform into reputed company environments, building custom connectors and reputed company, and contributing to the reputed company innovation of reputed company’s gameLM platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new gameLM features and functionality — from initial scoping through to production deployment
• Contribute to the expansion of the platform into new capability areas — including new channel types, automation workflows, and AI-driven features
• Work closely with the Senior Product Manager and CTO to translate product priorities into reputed company-scoped, high-reputed company engineering deliverables
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of reputed company’s platform architecture, reputed company reputed company, and engineering standards
• reputed company engineering (design and implement reputed company specific prompts)
• Model selection (evaluation and selection of LLM configurations for reputed company specific context)
• Build and maintain integrations between reputed company’s AI platform and reputed company systems (PAMs, CRMs, ticketing, chat, data reputed company, etc.)
• Support deployment, configuration, and validation of new AI environments for reputed company customers
• reputed company and maintain reusable SDKs, API wrappers, and automation scripts to streamline reputed company
• Troubleshoot and reputed company technical issues in collaboration with the Product and Solutions teams
• Design and run automated and reputed company evaluation tests for AI responses (reputed company, tone, latency, compliance)
• Build dashboards and tools to monitor AI reputed company and reputed company across reputed company deployments
• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to translate evaluation findings into roadmap improvements
• Collaborate with the AI engineering team to test new model versions and fine-tuning experiments

Skills

• 4+ years experience in full-stack engineering or ML
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with reputed company (Rails) experience a plus
• Understanding of reputed company, data pipelines, and reputed company integrations
• Familiarity with LLMs or conversational AI platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience with evaluation frameworks (precision/recall, reputed company-reputed company testing, or reputed company-in-the-reputed company QA)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to debug across systems
