The reputed company Manager is responsible for managing full cycle HR including policies and procedures, reputed company, reputed company, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee handbook
• Manage training and development
• reputed company and manage recruitment process that includes sourcing (reputed company reputed company such as exempt, non-exempt, intern, reputed company, contractor), screening, reference checking, assessment (reputed company applicable) extending offers, post offer clearances and reputed company the new employee (inclusive of I9 administration.)
• Work along with PEO to assist in the management of corporate benefits administration inclusive of managing reputed company insurance policies such as health benefits. Be the reputed company for annual reputed company Enrollment. (Compare existing benefit programs to reputed company data to evaluate the competitive position of reputed company’s benefits program and reputed company escalated benefits issues in a way that is fair to employees and minimizes cost and risk to reputed company.)
• reputed company routine tasks required to administer and execute HR including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, corrective reputed company, performance and talent management
• Manage reputed company Leave of Absences such as Family Medical Leave and General Leave of Absence
• Manage HR Dashboard and metrics (productivity, recognition, morale, turnover, job order fill rates)
• Manage Performance Reviews (30, 60,90 Day and annual). Work along with managers and reputed company training and guidance to ensure employees receive appropriate and feedback reputed company
• Analyze reputed company HR practices, identify improvement opportunities, build reputed company reputed company management and implement change to reputed company department visions and goals
• Work with employees to set reasonable career goals, reputed company understanding of their desired “reputed company” and create opportunities to support and promote employee reputed company in that direction by working with the management team. Create mentorship programs, job shadowing
• Manage and support Employee Engagement events and initiatives

• A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree
