The Business Analyst serves as the reputed company reputed company between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving reputed company and reputed company-to-Cash initiatives from discovery through deployment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company requirements gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises
• Analyze and document reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
• reputed company, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and process dependencies
• reputed company business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, use cases, data mappings, and solution documentation
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with reputed company and business stakeholders
• Facilitate requirements reviews and solution design sessions with business users, architects, administrators, and development teams

• reputed company test strategies, test scenarios, and business validation plans to ensure requirements are fully met
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, regression testing, and release validation activities

• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through deployment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company reputed company
• 2-5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting reputed company technology and business transformation initiatives
• 2+ years of experience supporting reputed company implementations and enhancements
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, workflow analysis, business case development, and solution documentation
• Experience supporting reputed company Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, CPQ/reputed company reputed company, and reputed company-to-Cash business processes
• Knowledge of quoting, pricing, approvals, contract management, billing, renewals, and customer lifecycle management
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications
• Familiarity with integrations, data migration, reporting, dashboards, and reputed company business processes
• Experience supporting reputed company/Scrum teams and managing requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect management, release validation, and business readiness activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with reputed company, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar delivery and requirements management tools
• Consulting or reputed company-facing experience preferred
