Responsibilities

• Strong communications, both oral and written
• Strong construction project controls skills in cost, budget management, contract management, and reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) (engineering or construction management a plus)
• 10 plus years experience in project controls/program controls/construction management; experience on multiple reputed company of the business (i.e., consultant, reputed company, reputed company rep, contract/architect, contractor, engineer) a plus
• Strong communications skills

• Strong PMIS skills required
• Respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
• Write reports using distinctive style; assist in developing effective and persuasive presentations
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles, and ability to conduct financial/business analysis, including the preparation of reports
