[Remote] Remote Project Manager

This primarily remote position requires managing project budgets, schedules, and reputed company standards while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end retail reputed company from preconstruction through closeout
• reputed company budgets, schedules, reputed company, procurement and project documentation
• Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors and field teams
• Maintain strict reputed company standards for custom finishes, millwork and specialty installations
• reputed company project meetings and reputed company consistent communication to clients and internal teams
• Identify potential risks and reputed company issues before they reputed company schedule or budget
• Support superintendents and ensure strong coordination between the office and field
• Manage change orders, cost reporting, forecasting and subcontractor performance
• Ensure reputed company are completed safely, on time and in accordance with brand requirements
• Assist with final turnover, reputed company-list completion and project closeout

Skills
