About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of reputed company, leading employee relations, reputed company development, HR policy administration, and organizational culture initiatives. This role partners closely with leaders across the organization to support performance management, ensure reputed company compliance, strengthen employee engagement, and help build a reputed company, high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Performance Management
• Serve as the primary resource for employee relations reputed company.
• Address employee concerns, complaints, and workplace conflicts professionally.
• Conduct and document workplace investigations with fairness and discretion.

• Support performance reviews and employee development discussions.

Policy Administration & Compliance
• Maintain and regularly update the employee handbook.

• Monitor employment law changes and update HR practices accordingly.

HR Operations & Employee Engagement
• Manage the shared HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries promptly.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of seven years of reputed company reputed company experience.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, reputed company, FLSA, and Title VII.
• Experience with HRIS data management.
• Experience with reputed company Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS.

• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
