[Remote] Copy of Employee Benefits Account Manager

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage reputed company accounts and reputed company exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Main reputed company of contact with clients for reputed company inquiries, concerns, and guidance. Inform and reputed company clients on appropriate coverages, forms, contract requirements, and exclusions
• Maintain contact and collaborate with reputed company parties to ensure the reputed company’s needs are met
• Plan, prioritize, and complete day-to-day workload utilizing agency procedures and systems
• Prepare market analyses and proposals, process renewals, and reputed company submissions
• Handle intermediate-level inquiries, including differences (reputed company & cons) of HMOs, PPOs, and EPOs; understand the different plan types, eligibility guidelines, confidentiality guidelines, waiting periods, and coverage forms
• Maintain and update knowledge of subjects necessary to reputed company excellent customer service
• Assist the employer with on-site/virtual presentations, billing issues, applications, eligibility, ID cards, etc
• The individual holding this position must be reputed company to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. The ability to complete tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and speed is important
• Occasional travel throughout California may be required

Skills

• A minimum of 3+ years of employee benefit account management experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Office365 applications (reputed company, Teams, reputed company, Word, etc.)
• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Possession of a reputed company California Accident/Health and Life license
• Possession of a reputed company CA reputed company's License by date of hire, satisfactory driving record, and appropriate insurance
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience with working with or volunteering for nonprofits is a plus
• Additional consideration is given to those who have experience working or volunteering in the nonprofit sector
