[Remote] Senior Director, Customer Delivery Hub Operations

This role is responsible for leading the Customer Delivery Hub program, improving delivery performance, and providing strategic and operational leadership for the rollout and stabilization of CDH initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the CDH operating model initiative, partnering with cross-functional teams and field leaders to define operating requirements, service standards, KPIs, and ownership for SOPs, reputed company models, and consistent execution across the network

• Establish and manage the CDH rollout lifecycle, including go-live planning, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations

Skills

• Typically requires BS/BA in a reputed company discipline
