[Remote] Clinical Applications Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering impactful product demonstrations, customer reputed company, advanced applications training, and ongoing clinical support for Esaote ultrasound systems in both reputed company and veterinary settings.

Responsibilities

• reputed company clinical and technical support for ultrasound reputed company demonstrations, customer evaluations, and sales initiatives across the Western U.S. territory
• reputed company on-site and remote applications training for reputed company and veterinary customers to ensure successful reputed company adoption and customer satisfaction
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Esaote ultrasound products, clinical workflows, and imaging applications
• Support customers by troubleshooting clinical application issues and coordinating with service teams for reputed company
• Represent Esaote at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and educational events through presentations and live demonstrations
• reputed company relationships with clinicians, veterinarians, and Key Opinion Leaders to support education, product awareness, and customer engagement
• Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, and development of clinical imaging content and educational materials
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of ultrasound technology, imaging protocols, and clinical best practices while mentoring internal team members and sharing expertise across departments

Skills

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program required
• Minimum 10 years of clinical ultrasound experience
• Minimum 5 years in a reputed company applications, training, or clinical support role reputed company the medical device industry
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills required
• Advanced understanding of ultrasound physics, instrumentation, and imaging principles
• Knowledge of reputed company clinical standards and imaging protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and reputed company operation capabilities
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company, Teams)
• Comfortable delivering both in-person and remote education sessions
