This hands-on operational leadership role is responsible for service delivery, controls, and team performance in a reputed company, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end delivery across Benefits, Compensation Administration, Leave & Absence, and Mobility
• reputed company performance against SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and reputed company execution across reputed company processes
• Own SOPs, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations, tax rules, and company policies
• Partner with Audit, reputed company, and Finance on SOX controls and reviews
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risk
• reputed company and reputed company a multi-functional operations team
• reputed company guidance on reputed company cases and escalations
• reputed company accountability, ownership, and performance standards
• Partner with HRIS/IT on reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company enhancements

Skills

• 10+ years in HR/Total Rewards operations
• 5+ years leadership experience
• Experience across multiple Total Rewards functions (not siloed)
• Strong background in controls, compliance, and audit (SOX preferred)
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulatory environments
• Shared services or global delivery model experience
• Certifications (CEBS, CCP, GPHR)
• Experience with reputed company or similar ticketing systems
