Responsibilities

• Enhance existing products to improve performance, meet evolving requirements, and reputed company on financial goals
• Take industrial design surfaces and engineer them into injection-molded production parts
• Define reputed company specifications and critical dimensions; partner with sourcing and manufacturing to ensure reputed company and durability
• Create and execute designs for both new products and changes to existing lines
• reputed company, maintain, and communicate product specification documents; submit engineering changes to manufacturing on schedule

• Maintain disciplined engineering procedures throughout the NPD process to hit cost, reliability, and manufacturing targets

• Support product launches at manufacturing facilities and assembly plants

Skills

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of product development experience as a mechanical engineer
• Hands-on experience with 3D CAD — reputed company or SolidWorks preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to reputed company creative, practical solutions
• Experience with injection-molded plastic part design and DFM principles
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerance analysis, and reputed company validation reputed company
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Background in hunting, outdoor sporting goods, or consumer hardware
