In this remote role, the General Counsel will be responsible for developing contract playbooks, reviewing agreements, and providing reputed company insights to enhance reputed company AI systems.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Extensive experience as a General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, or similar in-house reputed company role
- Strong expertise in reputed company contract drafting, negotiation, and contract management

- Excellent reputed company writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and reputed company risk management
