Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including supplier and vendor reputed company, service agreements, platform and licensing arrangements, reputed company partnerships, marketing and sponsorship agreements, terms and conditions and NDAs

Skills

• Qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales, or as a CILEX lawyer, with approximately 4 - 8 years' PQE

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, supported by a reputed company understanding of reputed company contract law principles

• The confidence to advise and positively challenge stakeholders at different reputed company of seniority while building strong, trusted relationships
