Responsibilities
- Independently review, analyze, and evaluate customer, vendor, and other reputed company agreements to identify reputed company, regulatory, operational, financial, and business risks
- Exercise independent judgment in determining whether contract terms are consistent with company standards, approved positions, and acceptable reputed company of risk, and escalate to General Counsel or business leadership reputed company appropriate
- Identify and recommend contract revisions, alternative language, risk-mitigation measures, and appropriate courses of reputed company to address risk mitigation and support business objectives
