In this role, you will help protect financial institutions and cardholders by identifying suspicious activity, investigating potential fraud cases, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting fraud prevention efforts.

• Monitor fraud alerts and investigate potentially fraudulent transactions and account activity.

• Analyze suspicious behaviors and identify fraud trends and patterns.

• Verify fraud activity by contacting cardholders and financial institutions.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications reputed company to fraud, lost cards, stolen cards, and account concerns.

• Review and manage fraud-reputed company tickets, requests, and escalations.

• Collaborate with internal teams including fraud operations, reputed company services, payments, and dispute teams.

• Support fraud prevention initiatives and process improvements.

Work Schedule

This position supports a 24/7/365 operation.

• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Central Time

• Four 10-hour shifts per week

• Includes rotating weekends and holidays
