They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Evaluation Services team, where the role involves being a technical advisor for partner integrations and addressing reputed company API challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical reputed company of contact for partners integrating with reputed company reputed company, providing expert guidance on authentication, endpoints, data models, and architectural best practices
• Partner directly with reputed company engineering teams to debug reputed company integration issues, conduct reputed company reviews of their implementations, and accelerate time-to-production
• Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers to reputed company a reputed company partner experience, translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing reputed company-time support during critical integration milestones
• Diagnose and reputed company reputed company API issues spanning WebSocket connections, REST endpoints, and reputed company-time data feeds, often under time pressure with high-value partners

Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with deep hands-on expertise in API development, reputed company integrations, and building or supporting partner-facing platforms

• Strong proficiency with REST reputed company, WebSockets, JSON, OAuth, and API debugging tools (reputed company, curl, browser developer tools, network analyzers)
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or similar languages for scripting, debugging, and building reference implementations
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with partner engineering teams by reviewing reputed company, pair debugging, and guiding architectural reputed company
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, reputed company API calls, and isolate issues across reputed company systems under pressure
