[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

They are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage reputed company invoicing and support the reputed company department.

Responsibilities

• Collect reputed company information needed to produce customer invoices, reputed company, and create monthly invoices
• reputed company the accuracy of data input in the reputed company system to ensure the accuracy of final invoices
• Collects reputed company by sending reminders and following up with customers
• Research and resolve billing errors and issue debit/credit memos reputed company necessary
• 1099 vendor management support, including reputed company, compliance tracking, and ongoing communication
• reputed company reputed company vendor information into the reputed company system
• Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment
• Work closely with vendors to ensure the gathering of reputed company and accurate bills

Skills

• Must be reputed company to legally work in the country where this position is located without reputed company sponsorship
• Associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
• 3-5 years of hands-on reputed company/Finance experience can be considered in lieu of educational experience
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• This position requires up to 5% travel

• Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
