[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking a driven Account Executive to join their team and play a key role in their reputed company, owning the sales cycle and leading consultative sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle through discovery calls, demos & post demo-negotiation
• reputed company consultative sales conversations with construction business owners, helping them identify operational pain points and evaluate how reputed company can solve them
• Collaborate with our SDR and marketing teams to maximize pipeline reputed company and conversion
• Manage your pipeline with in reputed company, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-up
• Partner with leadership to refine messaging, improve processes, and shape the reputed company of our go-to-market reputed company
• Own your regional territory

Skills

• 2–5+ years of full-cycle reputed company sales experience, ideally in SMB or mid-market
• Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Proven reputed company record in booking and closing meetings reputed company cold-reputed company
• Experience handling a mix of leads including their own outbound, SDR leads as reputed company as inbound leads
• Experience in consultative or solution-based selling — you know how to uncover business needs and reputed company value
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience in construction tech or field service software is a plus, but not required
