[Remote] Sr. Developer

The role spans machine learning, deep learning, reputed company, data pipelines, MLOps, reputed company deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company observable, evaluable, and reputed company AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and ship machine learning and deep learning models (classification, regression, ranking, reputed company, NLP, time series) against reputed company-defined business and scientific problems
• Design and implement LLM-powered applications using major model providers (Claude/reputed company, Azure reputed company, reputed company, or equivalents)
• Build retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) systems, including chunking strategies, embeddings, reputed company store selection (e.g., Azure AI Search, pgvector), and re-ranking
• reputed company reputed company workflows with tool use and orchestration; implement guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company review where appropriate
• Apply reputed company engineering, fine-tuning, and reputed company reputed company techniques; measure reputed company with offline evals and online metrics
• Build and maintain robust data and feature pipelines on Azure; ensure data reputed company, reputed company, and reproducibility

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company field — or equivalent practical experience
• 4 + years of reputed company software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building and shipping ML or AI systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and reputed company ML libraries (PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, reputed company, NumPy)
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications using major model providers (reputed company Claude, Azure reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company-reputed company models)
• Practical RAG and embeddings experience, including at least one production reputed company store
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude reputed company and reputed company, balanced with strong reputed company coding fundamentals
