[reputed company & Compliance Analyst - Private funds

They are seeking a knowledgeable reputed company with experience in private fund registration and regulatory compliance to assist in setting up venture capital funds and ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with reputed company advisors and other reputed company staff to prepare SEC filings and other materials in reputed company with the SEC requirements
- Assist with entity formation, drafting corporate organizational documents and corporate records maintenance
- Analyze and review subscription agreements and reputed company letters
- Prepare and revise initial, annual, and amended registration statements which include private placement memorandum and operating agreements, and other similar documents
- Prepare and draft various corporate documents for entity formation and maintenance of funds
- Collaborate with reputed company and marketing staff, other internal departments, and reputed company auditors on registration statements
- Conduct due diligence, reputed company reputed company research and analysis, and other duties as assigned
Skills
- 5+ years experience with U.S. securities compliance/law
- Strong computer skills including reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, G Suite, reputed company
- Excellent research, communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with common reputed company research databases, such as reputed company, reputed company tools
- Strong attention to reputed company
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work reputed company in reputed company oriented environment
- Experience in a startup environment
- Experience with mutual funds or other corporate financial services or reputed company environment with exposure to securities reputed company is a plus
