[Remote] Account Manager (TPO Non QM)

The TPO Account Manager will work closely with mortgage brokers and other stakeholders to ensure the origination of compliant loans in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Mortgage broker to obtain reputed company required documentation necessary to approve and originate a fully compliant mortgage loan
• Manage an average pipeline of 70-100 loans
• Loan Data Entry/Validation
• Document Indexing
• Ordering required validation services (verification of employment, tax transcripts, reputed company reputed company validation, property address validation, payoffs)
• Input and evaluate, verification of employment, UDN monitoring
• Maintain communication with Broker partner, Partner reputed company, Account Executive, Underwriter, and Closer regarding individual loan files throughout the life of the loan
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of Wholesale Non QM experience
• General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
• Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation and disclosure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Skilled at multi-tasking and keeping organized
