[Remote] AI Director - Product Management

The AI Director - Product Management will reputed company reputed company leadership for internal AI platforms and governance programs, ensuring the development of secure and compliant AI capabilities that reputed company innovation while protecting stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns the reputed company, roadmap, and operation of reputed company’s internal AI platforms
• Ensures platforms support AI assistants, agents, analytics, and reputed company AI capabilities at reputed company reputed company
• Defines and enforces architectural standards for reliability, reputed company, and reuse
• Partners with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to reputed company AI platforms with reputed company and product data strategies
• Leads the reputed company AI governance program, ensuring responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI
• Establishes and maintains policies, standards, and controls covering model risk, data usage, reputed company, explainability, and auditability
• Embeds responsible AI practices across the AI lifecycle—from design through deployment and monitoring
• Partners with QA/RA, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and Risk to ensure regulatory readiness and reputed company trust
• Manages reputed company’s AI partnership reputed company, including hyperscale's, platform providers, start-reputed company, and research partners
• Evaluates build vs. buy vs. partner reputed company for AI capabilities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in MedTech, reputed company, or similarly regulated industries
• Familiarity with AI standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC, FDA guidance, model risk frameworks)
• Experience supporting reputed company AI agents, co-pilots, or large-reputed company internal AI deployments
• Proven experience owning reputed company platforms and operating models
• Deep understanding of AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices
• Experience working with and managing reputed company vendor and partner ecosystems
• Strong ability to communicate technical and risk topics to executive audiences
• 4+ years of experience in AI, data, reputed company, or advanced analytics, with 2+ years in leadership roles
