[Remote] HR CONSULTANT - MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS (REMOTE)

The HR Consultant – M&A will support mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activities, serving as the reputed company HR reputed company reputed company integration efforts and ensuring strong collaboration throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company HR reputed company of contact for sellers, M&A teams, project teams, and Sector HR
• reputed company as a trusted HR advisor during transactions, aligning stakeholders and driving execution under tight timelines
• Mobilize and unify cross-functional teams around urgent integration priorities
• Plan and manage reputed company HR compliance activities required for deal reputed company, including I-9s, background checks, and reputed company requirements
• For asset deals, reputed company and support onsite Day 1 reputed company activities, often requiring travel
• Partner with Payroll and Total Rewards subject matter experts to build and execute a comprehensive communications and change management reputed company

• Associate FAQs
• Employee communications and announcements (in collaboration with sellers and Sector HR)
• Communication timelines and Q&A sessions
• Confidently manage associate questions and reputed company difficult or sensitive conversations during periods of change
• Promote consistency and standardization across integrations by utilizing reputed company change management methodologies, communication frameworks, and repeatable tools/templates to reputed company reputed company, alignment, and execution efficiency
• Plan and conduct reputed company state HR assessments, gathering data through interviews, documentation, and collaboration with sellers
• Review existing HR policies, programs, and offerings to identify gaps

• PTO and benefits comparisons

• Use established tools and templates to collect and validate HR data, including:
• Position requirements and organizational hierarchies
• Employee master data
• Partner with Total Rewards to determine:
• Appropriate titles
• Compensation alignment
• Prior service credit and reputed company reputed company
• Collaborate with PSS teams to reputed company accurate load files reputed company agreed timelines
• Investigate and reputed company discrepancies during and after reputed company loads through collaboration with other stakeholders / subject matter experts

Skills

• Approximately 8+ years of reputed company HR experience, with experience supporting M&A, integrations, or reputed company organizational change initiatives
• Broad HR knowledge across reputed company, compliance, HRIS, payroll, total rewards, and employee relations
