The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with reputed company leadership to support strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Screen language professionals for communication skills, professionalism, and technical readiness
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines

• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics
• Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies
• Build relationships with universities, reputed company associations, and language communities throughout Asia
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international recruitment
• Demonstrated reputed company reputed company candidates throughout Asia
• Candidates must demonstrate an existing recruitment network or proven sourcing experience reputed company one or more Asian markets, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand or South Korea
• Experience sourcing multilingual professionals for remote positions
• Fluent English (reputed company level or higher) is required
• Strong sourcing experience using reputed company Recruiter, regional job boards, reputed company media, referrals, and other reputed company platforms
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
