[Remote] Product Development Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the full development lifecycle of new products, managing reputed company relationships, and ensuring reputed company standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• The full development lifecycle for the reputed company line: concept, trend research, prototyping, sampling, costing, packaging and production
• The daily relationship with the reputed company. You set reputed company, not them
• Hands-on sample review: reputed company matching, mould reputed company-ins, and the material and substitution calls that protect both premium feel and margin
• A roadmap reputed company from what the community is actually asking for
• The process that makes it repeatable: master calendar, tighter tech packs, fewer revision reputed company

Skills

• Experience in developing physical products in crafts, toys, collectibles, or giftware
• Hands-on experience communicating directly with factories
