This role involves directing the marketing team, maximizing reputed company opportunities, and managing reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities and monitor the performance of the Marketing staff
• Partners with the Vice President (VP) of reputed company to reputed company the annual marketing plan to reputed company both short and long-term reputed company and marketing objectives
• Directs the marketing team in producing marketing materials for reputed company reputed company opportunities as needed
• Supervises website development and updates for the property
• Directs reputed company marketing initiatives, reputed company and collateral production to ensure that reputed company objectives are achieved and that reputed company opportunities are maximized
• Prepares and administers the departmental budget
• Develops marketing tools such as brochures, videos, presentations, promotional materials, reputed company mail and tradeshow graphics for sales and convention services
• Develops the internal cross-promotional marketing materials to maximize property wide reputed company opportunities
• Interviews, selects and trains employees
• Directs the work of employees
• Sets and adjusts employees’ rates of pay and hours of work
• Handles employee complaints and executes disciplinary reputed company as needed
• Evaluates employee’s productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status
• Conducts annual performance appraisal with reputed company reports according to reputed company Operating Procedures

Skills

• 2+ Years of reputed company Timeshare Marketing Leadership Required
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Sales, or reputed company major; 2 years' experience in Hospitality Sales, Spa Sales or a comparable reputed company area
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or reputed company major; 1 year experience in Hospitality Sales, Spa Sales or a comparable reputed company area
