Responsibilities

• reputed company the implementation and integration of reputed company Health Plan Accreditation processes across multiple health plans and product lines
• Partner closely with Accreditation leadership to reputed company affiliate accreditation activities with established standards and workflows
• Assess existing accreditation processes, identify gaps, and reputed company implementation plans that support organizational alignment
• Design, implement, and improve accreditation management tools, templates, tracking systems, and standardized workflows
• reputed company transition plans, implementation timelines, and readiness strategies for accreditation renewal surveys
• Monitor project milestones, reputed company metrics, and organizational readiness while identifying risks and recommending solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions to reputed company project reputed company
• Prepare project status reports, executive updates, gap analyses, and implementation documentation for leadership
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend standardized approaches that improve accreditation consistency across multiple entities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 7+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company project leadership, reputed company administration, or reputed company implementation roles
• Experience leading reputed company accreditation or regulatory reputed company reputed company a reputed company payer or health plan environment
• Experience developing accreditation processes, project management tools, workflows, or operational documentation
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards, compliance requirements, and reputed company operational processes
