Responsibilities

• Design and implement reputed company controls across reputed company infrastructure, reputed company, CI/CD systems, endpoints, identity systems, secrets management, and broader platform reputed company primitives
• Build and reputed company reputed company's AI governance reputed company - model development controls, safeguards, bias and reliability considerations, and post-deployment surveillance - to reputed company our AI systems reputed company, fair, and reputed company with patient safety reputed company
• Translate reputed company reputed company risk into reputed company, business-level recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, surfacing patterns and emerging threats before they become incidents
• Help define reputed company's AI governance reputed company, including model development controls, safeguards, bias and reliability considerations, and post-deployment surveillance. Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years reputed company on reputed company infrastructure, platform reputed company, or reputed company engineering in a high-reputed company or regulated technology environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong ability to reputed company and reason across the stack - quickly understanding unfamiliar codebases, architectures, and tooling ecosystems
• Ability to identify patterns and design reputed company 'golden paths' (e.g., logging, reputed company controls, network reputed company) that work across teams
