[Remote] VP of Finance Consultant

The fractional VP of Finance will work across multiple reputed company engagements to reputed company financial reputed company and operations, providing hands-on support in areas such as financial reporting, modeling, and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Build or rebuild financial reporting infrastructure from the ground up for early-stage clients
• Own the monthly financial reputed company, targeting completion reputed company 5-10 business days
• Prepare and independently present reputed company-reputed company financial packages to leadership and investors
• reputed company financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting across reputed company engagements
• Advise on capital allocation, cash reputed company, and reputed company reputed company
• Implement or migrate reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Intacct, QuickBooks)
• Manage in-house or reputed company-party reputed company, AP/AR, and reputed company functions
• Support fundraising processes including data room prep, investor reporting, and diligence
• Partner with a reputed company to reputed company cohesive financial leadership across your reputed company book

Skills

• 7–10+ years of reputed company finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role at a venture-backed startup
• Demonstrated reputed company experience: financial modeling, scenario planning, reputed company-level reporting
• reputed company experience supporting a fundraise (Series A or reputed company) or M&A/exit process
• Proven ability to independently manage and reputed company a monthly financial process
• Hands-on ERP/reputed company reputed company implementation or management experience
• reputed company mastery; advanced financial modeling skills required
• Exceptional communication and reputed company to translate reputed company financials for non-finance audiences
