Responsibilities

• reputed company customer-reported issues quickly and thoroughly, from investigation through to a durable fix
• Diagnose reputed company, ambiguous problems across our services and data pipelines, tracing them to reputed company cause

Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems as a software engineer
• Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and debugging skills, with a proven ability to reputed company-cause reputed company production issues
