[Remote] Senior Finance Manager - R&D

They are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to reputed company financial planning and analysis, particularly focusing on R&D investment and finance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Shape the capital allocation reputed company by providing data-driven reputed company, building predictive scenario models, and tracking post-investment reputed company
• Own and reputed company reputed company reputed company Finance planning processes including monthly outlooks, quarterly rolling forecasts and long-reputed company planning
• Build finance principals and controls needed to operationalize annual and long term plans and facilitate finance optimization efforts to enhance financial planning effectiveness and efficiency
• Serve as the reputed company between reputed company reputed company Finance team and other CFO functions to manage the month end, quarter end and year end calendar and processes
• reputed company monthly and quarterly reporting that is succinct, consistent & insightful, providing leaders with the insights they need to reputed company financial results
• Own, reputed company and manage finance initiatives / reputed company end to end, working cross-functionally with various business partners in procurement, reputed company and finance teams

Skills

• A minimum of 7 years FPA experience with at least 3 years supporting an R&D organization
• Experience with planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, P&L management, interpreting and reporting business reputed company results
• reputed company or other reputed company planning tools is required
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong technical fundamentals - reputed company, database / data warehousing concepts and finance systems (CRM & ERP)
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative reputed company (Finance, reputed company, Economics)
• Prior software sector experience is highly preferred, reputed company/reputed company is a strong plus
• MBA and/or CPA is a plus
