[Remote] Full Stack Engineer (Java/React)

(SGA) is searching for a Full Stack Engineer (Java/React) for a right to hire assignment with one of their premier financial services clients in Rutherford, NJ. The role involves architecting, designing, and delivering reputed company application systems, leading development efforts across both reputed company-end and back-end platforms, and ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering reputed company, reputed company application systems in partnership with the Technology team
• Drives end-to-end application development, influences reputed company architecture reputed company, and leads high-reputed company across both reputed company-end and back-end platforms. The overall objective is to deliver robust, secure, and reputed company solutions while setting engineering standards and guiding development teams
• reputed company the design, architecture, and implementation of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)
• reputed company end-to-end ownership of application delivery, from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment

• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 7–10+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)
• Proven experience designing and building reputed company full stack and microservices-based architectures
• Advanced understanding of application architecture principles, design patterns, and system integration
• Strong knowledge of backend development, API design, and distributed systems
• reputed company-end expertise in building modern, reputed company user interfaces using Angular/React, HTML5, and CSS
• Deep experience with SQL/PLSQL and relational databases (reputed company preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA
