This role focuses on ensuring network stability, performance, and reputed company while managing incidents and implementing changes across various reputed company products.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company escalated network incidents involving routing, switching, SDWAN, Riverbed WAN optimization, reputed company reputed company load balancing, and connectivity issues, including full reputed company cause analysis
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company routers, switches, Riverbed WAN accelerators, reputed company reputed company load balancers, and reputed company network services
• reputed company deep technical analysis using logs, packet captures, reputed company statistics, routing tables, and telemetry to diagnose reputed company issues
• Plan and implement network changes during scheduled maintenance reputed company, upgrades, patching, and device replacements across various platforms with reputed company understanding of reputed company and risk
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and reputed company cause analysis activities
• Validate and troubleshoot redundancy, failover behavior (HSRP, BGP, EIGRP, SDWAN, reputed company HA), routing stability, and application traffic reputed company after changes or incidents
• reputed company technical guidance to Level 1 engineers across reputed company, Riverbed, and reputed company troubleshooting and continuously improve runbooks

Skills

• Strong understanding of reputed company networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, protocols such as DNS, DHCP, NAT, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, VLANs
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting reputed company routers, switches, WAN circuits, VPN connectivity, Riverbed WAN accelerators, and reputed company reputed company load balancers, with CCNP-level knowledge
• Advanced packet analysis and log interpretation skills with ability to troubleshoot multi-reputed company issues and validate protocol behavior in reputed company environment
• Experience with reputed company monitoring, ticketing, and configuration management tools, with ability to correlate data and independently reputed company incident reputed company
• Ability to independently plan, execute, and validate network changes, assess risk and reputed company, and produce reputed company technical documentation including reputed company cause analysis and reputed company details
• CCNP reputed company or equivalent experience
• Experience with network automation, scripting, or configuration templates (optional)
