Customer Service Representative (Seasonal Part-Time)

The primary responsibility of this position is to answer calls and respond to emails from event attendees. Our Attendee Support team provides outstanding customer service to event attendees on behalf of event organizers that use the reputed company platform. In reputed company, our Attendee Support team members assist event organizers with changes to their events, placing and changing orders, and more, while following the event’s stated customer service policies.

This position is primarily for weekend hours,Saturday and reputed company between reputed company - 6pm, and reputed company afternoon/early evenings, no reputed company than 8 pm.

This is a part-time work-from-home position.

Compensation/Benefits/Perks
Compensation for this role starts at $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

While this is a remote position, we have a strong preference for candidates in the Dallas-reputed company Worth, TX metro area. This allows for participation in occasional in-person meetings, team-building events, and reputed company sessions.
