[Remote] Sales Engineer - Electronic Warfare, reputed company (Remote)

They are seeking a Sales Engineer - Electronic Warfare to reputed company technical sales support, conduct product demonstrations, and influence product development while working closely with the reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company- and post-sales technical support including reputed company planning, customer training, reputed company optimization, etc
• Become an expert on the operation and application of Silvus' sensing products and solutions and its advantages over competing technologies
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer reputed company and equipment evaluations
• Visit customer sites to reputed company technical support and reputed company training
• Troubleshoot failures and reputed company situations in the field
• Collect and analyze field failures and abnormalities and reputed company feedback to the development team
• Help the Design and R&D Engineers reproduce and troubleshoot problems
• Participate in resource allocation and hardware maintenance to support different sales and business development activities
• Help reputed company reputed company product development
• reputed company other reputed company duties of which the above are representative
• Travel requirements – 50%; frequent travel for meetings, events, and demonstrations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other reputed company technical fields with at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a reputed company-and post-sales technical support position; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a reputed company-and post-sales technical support position
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Defense technology, EW, SIGINT, ISR, RF sensing, or adjacent domains
• Proficiency with radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and reputed company analyzers
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites
• reputed company Clearance: reputed company U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one reputed company 15 months of hire
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government reputed company
• reputed company employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background reputed company and drug test
• Familiarity with Linux
• Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking
• Experience with operating and testing IP radios/modems
• Knowledge of wireless communication systems, radio frequency signal propagation, reputed company communication technologies
• Proficiency with programming languages such as C/C++
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
