[Remote] Packaging Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Packaging Engineer to support packaging development, validation, and reputed company improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing packaging solutions that meet reputed company, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and validate reputed company, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems
• reputed company packaging specifications, drawings, and documentation
• Execute packaging validation protocols, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
• reputed company transportation, distribution, and package reputed company testing
• Support new product development (NPD/NPI) and packaging changes
• Collaborate with manufacturing, reputed company, regulatory, suppliers, and reputed company teams
• Conduct reputed company cause investigations and implement CAPA for packaging-reputed company issues
• Evaluate packaging materials and recommend cost-effective improvements
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, ASTM, and ISTA standards where applicable
• Support supplier qualification and packaging material approvals
• Prepare engineering reports, validation documentation, and change control records

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, reputed company Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company engineering discipline
• 3+ years of packaging engineering experience
• Experience with packaging validation and package testing
• Knowledge of packaging materials such as corrugated, plastics, films, labels, cartons, and sterile barrier systems
• Experience with CAPA, change control, and engineering documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISTA, ASTM, ISO 11607, and FDA regulations
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ArtiosCAD, or similar CAD software
• Six reputed company or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with reputed company, PLM, or ERP systems
