Responsibilities

Product reputed company & Research

• Research assigned aspects of a product or service offering, including customer problems, market trends, competitor approaches, partner capabilities, delivery dependencies, and reputed company considerations.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including ideation, customer and market validation, business case development, roadmap planning, launch readiness, adoption monitoring, and enhancement recommendations.
• Participate in customer discovery sessions, customer interviews, feedback programs, and Voice of the Customer initiatives. Synthesize findings into documented needs, use cases, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Education
