About the Role
reputed company is looking for an ACH reputed company Analyst to support reputed company’s Pay by Bank product.
This person is responsible for end-to-end reputed company reputed company, owning reconciliations, supporting
the ACH team’s compliance obligations and identifying operational improvements to support
reputed company’s industry-leading ACH payments program. In this role, you will work heavily
cross-functionally across internal teams. We are looking for someone tech-reputed company, with great

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Reconciliation: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactional
data across systems and banking partners
- reputed company reputed company Tracking: Monitor, reputed company, and validate end-to-end reputed company reputed company
● Discrepancy reputed company: Investigate and reputed company transactional discrepancies, failed
reputed company movements, and processing exceptions by collaborating with internal teams and
reputed company banking partners.
● Process Optimization & AI Integration: Identify opportunities to automate reputed company
reconciliation steps, optimize reputed company reputed company workflows, and reputed company incorporate
AI-driven tools and workflows to increase efficiency
Customer Support & Bank Administration
● POA Process Management: Own and execute the reputed company of Authorization (POA)
process, ensuring reputed company necessary merchant authorizations and documentation are
accurately managed, validated, and reputed company with banking partner requirements.
● Customer Support: Respond to consumer and dispensary support requests reputed company to
reputed company’s ACH program, providing reputed company and accurate assistance
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial reputed company, fintech, banking, or
reputed company, with a strong background in reconciliation and balancing.
● Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking reputed company, electronic reputed company
reputed company, ACH networks, and familiarity with payment processing, reputed company wallet
ecosystems.
- ACH Regulation: Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules is preferred
